How to arrange delivery?

To get started, create an account on our platform, after which you can go to the catalog to select a painting.
After choosing a painting you like, click on it to go to the form where you can buy it after reading the terms of use. Next, you will be redirected to a page where you will need to enter your contact details. The next step is to choose the method of receiving the painting, where you should also fill in all the necessary data, whether it be delivery or pickup. To complete the purchase, click the "Pay" button and expect delivery within 14 days. There is no need to worry about paying for shipping, as it is already included in the price of the painting.

What time do you deliver?

Delivery is carried out from the warehouse of the online store to the address specified when placing the order at a convenient time and day for the client (daily from 11:00 to 18:30), including on the day of placing the order, subject to the availability of free couriers and goods in the Internet warehouse -shop.

How far can you deliver the painting?

Delivery is carried out throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United States of America.

Where can I leave my shipping information?

After clicking the "Buy" button, you will be redirected to a form in which you will need to fill in the fields related to delivery

Can I pick up my order myself?

Of course, you should indicate the necessary data in the form "Pickup", receipt of goods at the pickup point.
The term of the reserve is 5 days after the status change to "Available".

Payment

Purchase process
The Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of maintaining confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used.
Entering bank card data is carried out on the secure payment page Stripe.
On the page for entering bank card data you will need to enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard ). All necessary data is printed on the card itself.
The three-digit security code is the three numbers found on the back of the card.
Next, you will be redirected to your bank’s page to enter the 3DSecure code that will be sent to you via SMS. If you have not received the 3DSecure code, you should contact the bank that issued your card.

Cases of refusal to make a payment:
○ a bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by contacting your Bank;
○ there are not enough funds to pay on your bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your bank card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
○ bank card details are entered incorrectly;
○ your bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid).
